Start and duration of contract

Your tasks:
- Communication with race organisers to ensure a smooth process with regards to logistics and administrative organisation
- Supporting the riders and employees during trips in organisational matters
- Ensuring quality requirements of the team towards race organisers
- Helping to coordinate efficient travel planning for cycling events in close collaboration with travel management
- Close exchange with Sports Directors on race planning
Requirements profile:
- Previous experience in the field of travel logistics and communication with race organizers in professional cycling
- Negotiation skills and strong communication skills
- Weekend telephone availability for support in acute emergencies
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Organisational skills, structured way of working and flexibility
