“We wanted to make the race really hard in the finale, and we managed that quite well. I tried everything on the final climb and was able to move up to 2nd in the GC. I think that was the maximum possible for me given today’s race course. I now have an important training block ahead of me before it’s back to racing at the Tour de Suisse.” Emanuel Buchmann

“We tried everything we could today to still take the overall victory with Emanuel Buchmann. The boys rode strongly and we can be very satisfied with taking home a 2nd place in the GC. All in all, a successful week for us at the Tour de Hongrie.” Shane Archbold, Sports Director
