Ide Schelling stays in Top Ten after strong time trail performance at Belgium Tour

On the second stage of the Belgium Tour 2021, an 11.2 kilometer time trial in Knokke-Heist was on the program, which should also bring a first preliminary decision for the overall standings. While the rest of the team concentrated on the coming days, Ide Schelling's goal was to get a good result and lose as little time as possible. In a time of 12:27 the Dutchman finished 27 seconds behind the winner Remco Evenepoel and came away with a 12th place. This means a 9th place in the GC at the moment with a difference of 1:10 minutes.
